At Puainta Pets, we stand behind our products and quality control. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our pet products that we offer a thirty (30) day worry-free guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Puainta Pets pet product purchased from Puainta Pets or one of our authorized dealers, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase (the product is unused and the external packaging is intact).

We strive to be a different kind of company, we keep our word and promise to do better. We are committed to providing only the high quality pet products and helping to improve the health and longevity of your pet. Please provide information about where and when you purchased your product when you contact us. If your request is approved, you will need to send us a proof of purchase. You must submit a warranty claim within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. The warranty is limited to the original end-user purchaser.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us upfront.

You are very welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock, alternatively, you will get a refund.

Does Puaintapets Offer Free Return Shipping?
Return Shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

How Should I Make a Return or Exchange?
Step 1: Please log in to your Puaintapets account to submit a Return/Exchange request on contact us page.

Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive authorization and return address by email within 48 hours.

Step 3: Ship the return package to our warehouse and input the return shipping info ( tracking No. & delivery company) .

Step 4: You will receive refund within a week or have an exchange order sent out within 3 days after we receive your package.

All done! We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Refund or Requested Item(s)?
After receiving your returned package, we will issue the refund to your original payment account within a week or ship out an exchange order within 3 days accordingly.

What Should I Do If an Item Is Missing From My Order?
Puaintapets products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.

Please rest assured, if the item is missing, we will resend it for free only if you paid for the shipping insurance.

Please do check your order and package contents carefully before signing for the package.

Cancellation Policy
What Is Puaintapets Order Cancellation Policy?
We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel your order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if your order has been shipped.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
